Some metal has but it has it's faze like the start of the 00's it was in most movie sound tracks and more public but reall metal will only be for metal heads no matter how popular band becomes

But don't you think it sometimes changes the band ? As sometimes their music become weak and meaningless... Its just embarrassing when ur fav metal bands top song appears on a pop chart album? *

That's more a label that pushes for change and most bands would rather do what a label want than argue with it. The best labels in metal like roadrunner and metal blade have more pop metal success and run with but also have the bands. It's bands like my chem romance are classed as rock but it's Emo s**te not metal. Don't get me wrong bands like aiden who are Emo knock out some cracking tunes but I guess it's all down to personal choice. I'm more of a as I lay dying KsE all that remains shadows fall and even some king diamond fan *
